MyV Design Studio is based in Bulgaria, EU. The lead designer is Mariya Vasileva, who holds a Master’s degree in Design and has collaborated with many renowned companies worldwide. MyV’s pattern design aims to be contemporary, trendy and extraordinary. How do I track my order?
Answer: You will be unable to track your order as all shipments will be delivered via LayerPlay’s dedicated courier service to the mailing address provided. Therefore, please be sure to update us with the correct mailing destination. Should you like to inquire about the status of your purchase. Can I ship this product out of Singapore?
Answer: Yes you may do contact us directly at info@layerplay.design
International Orders
Answer: We use the following couriers for international orders - TNT, Q Express, SingPost, Urban Fox. All international orders will be accompanied with a registered tracking number as well as proof of mailing. Expedited shipping services are available on request. I’ve just placed an order. How long will it take for it to arrive?
Answer: Domestic shipments in Singapore are estimated to take around five (5) to seven (7) working days for them to be fulfilled.
My item has not arrived after the stipulated delivery date. What do I do?
Answer: Please contact our LayerPlay support center with your recent order number at info@layerplay.design or +65 6858 8324. Our customer service representatives will get back to you within the next working day.
How do I know once my order is received?
Answer: Once you have completed your order, you should receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
Will I be able to review my final product after ordering?
Answer: Yes, a LayerPlay representative will send you a ready to print file for confirmation and review either via WeTransfer or email before the printing process commences.
Do you accept Refunds / Returns / Exchanges?
Answer: Unfortunately, LayerPlay adopts a non-retroactive refund & exchange policy for all printed items processed upon order. LayerPlay will only compensate for items on instances where they are defective, damaged or lost in transit.
